Healing Sleep Rub: 1 oz / 28 g
Directions: Start by putting some on your fingertips. Place your fingertips under your nose and take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Then rub a little balm under nose, on your temples, on your lymph nodes and other pulse points. Begin the process at least 30 minutes before bedtime and repeat as necessary.
