Directions: Towards the end of your shower after you have cleansed, apply small amounts all over your body focusing on dry areas like knees and elbows. Continue to massage into the skin then rinse thoroughly. Once out of the shower, pat yourself dry. You may find that you do not need lotion. For silky smooth skin apply Body Oil or Body Cream following your shower. For best results, use 3-4 times a week.
