Once an order has been placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled so please contact customer support prior to placing your order if you have any questions. We are a small business and such measures are in place to ensure our operation runs smoothly.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as you will not be able to direct your package once shipped. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than our own fault the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage. We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases this means 2-3 days shipping time. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping on orders over $50Our products are always freshly made. Please allow two day for your order to be created and processed. We do have times when we run out of one or several products such as lotion or soaps on our list. We want everything delivered to you fresh as we do not use synthetic preservatives therefore our products have a shelf life of 8 - 12 months which can be extended by proper storage. Refrigeration is ideal but when impractical keep in a cool, dry environment.
Note: Melting may occur during transit. We secure each item with waterproof tape to prevent leakage should melting occur. If your product has melted during transit, place in refrigerator until solid, then remove tape.

Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds on full size products. We will provide an exchange or store credit only on full size products which spoil prematurely or are somehow otherwise defective. If you wish to return a defective product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You can call 1-928-774-1111 to obtain this number. Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping except for bath bombs which may break, but this will not affect their usage. We make every effort to avoid breakage. If you are giving bath bombs as a gift we recommend you overbuy to be safe. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. We only issue refunds if we made an error.

Our products are NOT for consumption. Essential Oils must always be diluted before use on the skin. No liability will be assumed by Fizz Bath Shop or its employees, owners or affiliates for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of essential oils or any other product sold or manufactured by Fizz Bath Shop.
Always keep all essential oils and Fizz Bath Shop products out of the reach of children. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective. If irritation does occur then apply vegetable oil, not water, to the effected area and dry. Again, to stop burning, redness, itching or irritation do not add water; instead apply generous amounts of vegetable oil to the area. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils or Fizz Bath Shop product.
Please test all skin products before using! Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.
Also note: To test our products most effectively please discontinue use of other personal care products to the same area of skin or contact our customer support first to ensure compatibility of ingredients.
