Directions: Place steam on the floor of your shower. Place to the side of the shower steam, where water can get to it. You do not want the water to hit the steam directly or it will dissolve quickly. The water activates the shower steam and the steam of your shower will carry the aroma from the essential oils throughout. The more water that gets to the steam, the more aromatic it will be but the shorter in duration it will last. The less water that gets to the steam, the less aromatic it will be but it will last longer.
There have been reports of people using the steam for two showers. Place the steam on the shower floor. Once you get a burst of aroma, pick the steam up and put it in a dry place. Use again in your next shower. Two showers is the limit as it become too hard to dissolve.
