Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds on full size products. We will provide an exchange or store credit only on full size products which spoil prematurely or are somehow otherwise defective.
If you wish to return a defective product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You can call 1-928-774-1111 to obtain this number. Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items.
We will replace items that were damaged in shipping except for bath bombs which may break, but this will not affect their usage. We make every effort to avoid breakage. If you are giving bath bombs as a gift we recommend you overbuy to be safe. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. We only issue refunds if we made an error.
Products labeled “May Melt” are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt around body temperature. During the summer months, these products can get very warm in transit and may melt into liquid. Fizz Bath Shop is not responsible if the warned items arrive melted, and in most cases you should be able to pop the products into the fridge and still be able to use them. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Keep in mind melting may occur if you put them on warm surfaces or in direct sunlight, so please keep them someplace cool.

Products labeled “100% Natural” are made with ingredients found in nature. The product does not contain any synthetic ingredients, fragrances or any ingredient that cannot be verified as natural due to the trade secret law.
Products labeled “Vegan” do not contain any animal products of any kind.

Our products are NOT for consumption. Essential Oils must always be diluted before use on the skin. No liability will be assumed by Fizz Bath Shop or its employees, owners or affiliates for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of essential oils or any other product sold or manufactured by Fizz Bath Shop.
Always keep all essential oils and Fizz Bath Shop products out of the reach of children. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective. If irritation does occur then apply vegetable oil, not water, to the effected area and dry. Again, to stop burning, redness, itching or irritation do not add water; instead apply generous amounts of vegetable oil to the area. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils or Fizz Bath Shop product.
Please test all skin products before using! Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.
