Our customer loyalty reward program is our way of saying thank you for your support by offering future incentives for your continued business.  While shopping on FizzBathShop.com, you will earn points which will be converted into vouchers that can be used on future purchases.  All purchases after June 22, 2012 are eligible.

How does the program work?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order (excluding taxes and shipping fees) will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points.  All pending points are listed in on your account page under Customer Loyalty and will stay there until converted into a spendable voucher. If you would like to combine multiple vouchers, email info@fizzbathshop.com with your request.

Points and Values

For every $10 you spend you will earn 1 point.  Every 10 points earns you a $5 voucher good towards any fizzbathshop.com purchase.

Conditions of Use

• Loyalty points are only available to registered fizzbathshop.com members.
• Loyalty points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only valid at fizzbathshop.com.
• Loyalty Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
• Loyalty Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Loyalty Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded
