Fizz Bath Shop is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on every order over $25.
Once an order has been placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled so please contact customer support prior to placing your order if you have any questions. We are a small business and such measures are in place to ensure our operation runs smoothly.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as you will not be able to direct your package once shipped. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than our own fault, the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage. We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases this means 3-4 days shipping time.
Our products are always freshly made. Please allow two days for your order to be created and processed. We do have times when we run out of one or several products such as lotion or soaps on our list. We want everything delivered to you fresh as we do not use synthetic preservatives therefore our products have a shelf life of 4-18 months which can be extended by proper storage. Refrigeration is ideal but when impractical keep in a cool, dry environment.
Note: Melting may occur during transit. We secure each item with waterproof tape to prevent leakage should melting occur. If your product has melted during transit, place in refrigerator until solid, then remove tape.
